An Introduction...

Star Trek, which was long, long ago called 'Train to the Stars' is an all time SCI-FI classic. There have been 4 generations of Star Trek:

+The Original Series (TOS)

+The Next Generation (TNG)

+Deep Space Nine (DS9)

+Voyager (VOY)

Most of the Star Trek movies, 1-7, were filmed in an advanced version of TOS i.e. with Capt. Kirk, Dr. Spock, Dr. McCoy & co. The other films Star Trek : Generations, Star Trek : and Star Trek : Insurrection. Many new episodes and films come out every year, at the moment several computer games have been released/are in the making, for ST. ST even has a whole book and fan article collection. The ST universe is expanding every day.
